
Rent out your time and space, booked and paid on your Shopify store.
Booker is a Shopify app for businesses that hire out a place for a length of time. Studios, darkrooms, meeting rooms, desks, courts, workshops. It adds a booking calendar to your product pages so customers pick an available slot and pay through your normal Shopify checkout, and it gives you an admin calendar to manage every booking.
What Booker does
- A booking calendar on your product pages: by the hour, half day, or full day.
- Multiple rooms or spaces, and per-tier pricing (for example Commercial vs Editorial rates).
- Double-booking protection: a slot is held at add-to-cart and blocked at checkout once taken.
- Manual (walk-in) bookings you add from the admin, which also block the slot.
- An admin calendar showing every booking, the customer, and revenue.
Google Calendar integration
Merchants can optionally connect a Google account so each paid or manually added booking is written to a calendar they choose, and removed automatically when the booking is cancelled or refunded. Booker requests only the calendar.events and calendar.calendarlist.readonly scopes: the first to create and delete the merchant's own booking events, the second to list the merchant's calendars so they can pick which one to use. Booker never reads the contents of existing events and never accesses a customer's calendar.
