Gaps between bookings, questions and per-product hours

Leave yourself time between bookings, ask customers a question when they book, and give any product its own hours. Gaps and questions are on Starter and up; per-product hours are on Pro.

A gap between bookings

On a product, turn on Gap between bookings and choose how long you need before and after each one, for example 30 minutes to clean the studio. Customers never see the gap. The calendar simply stops offering those minutes, so nobody can book back to back. On Starter and up.

Your own questions

Under Settings, add questions for customers to answer when they book, for example how many people are coming or what equipment they need. Answers are optional and show up on the order, your calendar and your booking emails. Up to eight questions. On Starter and up.

Hours and closed dates per product

By default every product follows your store hours and closed dates. On Pro, any product can have its own weekly hours instead, for example a studio that only opens in the evenings while the shop is open all day. Its own closed dates come on top of the store ones, never instead of them.

Good to know

What is the gap for?

Cleaning, setup or travel between bookings. It reserves time either side so nobody books right up against an existing booking.

Can one product be open when the others are closed?

Yes, on Pro. Give it its own weekly hours.
