Your bookings as a calendar link
On Integrations there is a private link to your bookings. Subscribe to it from Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google and every booking appears in your own diary and updates on its own. Paste it into Airbnb and those dates are blocked there. Anyone with the link can see your bookings, so keep it to yourself. Starter and Pro.
A calendar invite for the customer
The confirmation email carries a calendar file, so a customer can add the booking to their phone with one tap. On Integrations you can also switch on Send customers a calendar invite, which sends a proper invite from your Google Calendar once it is connected.
Calendars you follow
Still taking bookings somewhere else, say a hall that is also let through another site? Point Booker at that calendar. Its bookings become times nobody can book here, so the same room is never sold twice. Most booking tools and calendars offer a subscribe link ending in .ics, sometimes called a webcal or iCal link. Booker only reads it, never writes to it, and checks it again every minute or so.

Is this two-way sync?
No. Your bookings go out to Google Calendar and to anything subscribed to your link. Calendars you follow come in as blocked times. Nothing edits a booking from outside Booker.
The link starts with http, not https
It should be https. If it is not, your store is behind something that hides that from the app; contact support with the link and we will sort it out.
How often does my diary update?
That depends on the calendar app. Apple and Outlook refresh a subscribed calendar every few hours by default; you can usually shorten that in their settings.
