The three rates
- Per unit. Book by a unit of time you set, for example one hour. Customers select a start and end and book a contiguous run of units. Set the price per unit.
- Half day. A morning or afternoon block, priced as one. The day is split around its midpoint.
- Full day. The whole open day as one block, at a single price.
Unit length and limits
For per-unit rates, set the unit length in 15-minute steps, from 15 minutes up to a maximum of 8 hours, for example 30, 60 or 90 minutes. You can also cap how many units a customer books at once. Offer any mix of the three rates, and the customer picks which applies for their booking.
Good to know
Can I offer more than one rate?
Yes. Set a price for any of per unit, half day and full day, and the customer chooses which to book.
Can I limit how long someone books?
Yes. Set a maximum number of units for per-unit rates, so a customer cannot book more than you allow at once.
