Turn it on for the product
- 1Open the product
Products, then Edit on the product that posts something.
- 2Find Ask for a delivery address
It sits with paid extras and deposits, because all three are things beyond the time itself.
- 3Switch it on and save
Checkout for that product now has an address step, and your normal delivery rates apply.
What changes at checkout
Shopify treats the booking like a product that ships: it asks for an address, offers your delivery options and adds the charge. Your other bookable products are untouched; a customer booking a room is still not asked where they live.
Passes never ask
A pass is a product too, but it is a token, not a parcel. Booker marks it as not needing delivery when it creates it, so nobody is asked for an address to buy five yoga classes.
Good to know
Which plan?
Every plan. It changes what checkout asks for, not what you can sell.
Can I charge for delivery?
Yes, through your normal Shopify delivery rates. Booker does not add a charge of its own.

Open that product and switch Ask for a delivery address off. It is set per product.
