Google Calendar sync and troubleshooting

Google Calendar sync keeps your bookings on a calendar you choose. If the storefront calendar does not load, a debug mode prints diagnostics to the browser console so you can find the cause fast.

Google Calendar sync

Google Calendar sync is available on Starter and Pro. Connect it under Integrations in the app. Each paid or manual booking is pushed to a calendar you choose, and is removed from that calendar on cancel or refund. Turn on Send customers a calendar invite if you also want Google to email the customer directly and add the booking to their own calendar. It is off by default.

iCal feed for Apple, Outlook and Airbnb

On Starter and Pro, Settings shows a private calendar feed link. Subscribe to it from Apple Calendar, Outlook or Google to see every booking in the calendar you already use, or import it into Airbnb to block those dates. It updates on its own once subscribed. Keep the link private, since anyone with it can see your bookings. Every confirmation email also includes an add-to-calendar file for the customer.

If the calendar does not load

Add ?bookingDebug=1 to the product URL and open it. Booker prints diagnostics to the browser console so you can see what is going wrong.
